I had a mixed experience at this hotel. Despite being conveniently located near City Hall, the canal, and shopping centers, the rooms were uncomfortably cold with unreliable heaters and lacking soundproofing. However, the service was professional and quick to address issues.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room had a kitchenette which made breakfasts a breeze, and it was pretty spacious and clean. The bed was so comfortable that I'd love to stay here again if I ever come back to Ottawa.

I had a great stay at this hotel right next to City Hall and close to the canal and Rideau Centre, perfect if you don't mind a little background noise. The staff was really nice and helpful, quickly addressing any issues that arose during my stay.
